C3 Security and Logistics is a licensed security agency based in Arizona, specializing in armed and unarmed security solutions for government agencies, critical infrastructure, commercial properties, resorts, and personal security. Our personnel include highly trained military veterans, law enforcement officers, and security professionals with extensive experience in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and emergency response.

C3 Security is registered and licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) as an armed guard agency, adhering to strict training and compliance standards. We are also registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to conduct business with the United States Government.

C3 has achieved long-term success by listening to client needs and leveraging partnerships with local law enforcement and the communities we serve. Manuel Duarte

Director of Field Operations

C3 Security operations are overseen by the Director of Field Operations, Manuel Duarte. Mr. Duarte has 20+ years of Law Enforcement experience in state, tribal and federal law. Mr. Duarte held numerous positions throughout his law enforcement career such as; Field Training Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Commander / Patrol Bureau and Criminal Investigations Bureau Mr. Duarte obtained his 1811 Federal Certification by attending the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). Mr. Duarte graduated with honors from the Criminal Investigators Training Program CITP.

Max Rieck

Training Coordinator

Max Rieck served with the Gila River Department of Rehabilitation and Supervision (Tribal Jail) for over 12 years, spending the last 5 as a Corrections Lieutenant. In that role he oversaw all department training, led the tactical emergency response team, and managed budgets for approximately 100 staff. Max is an accomplished use-of-force instructor with deep expertise in firearms training, from initial academy qualifications through advanced emergency response techniques. He has trained and certified hundreds of officers and takes pride in bringing any shooter to success regardless of their starting skill level.
